Selective. No candidate fees. Individual assessment.

Connecting proven Army leadership with corporate opportunity.

Ready Group USA is a selective, founder-led placement firm for junior U.S. Army officers. We assess readiness, prepare where it adds value, and connect strong candidates with large corporate employers.

Assessed individually. Introduced by trust.

Development continues throughout the journey. Support continues after placement.

Why us, why now

You Chose Leadership Early

Junior Army officers often take responsibility for people, resources, decisions, and outcomes earlier than many civilian professionals. They learn to lead experienced teams, operate with incomplete information, adapt under pressure, and remain accountable for results.

Ready Group USA helps selected officers translate that leadership foundation into the right corporate opportunity—not treat them as unfinished candidates.

Both sides of the transition

Built From Both Sides of the Transition

Ready Group USA was founded by a former U.S. Army Infantry officer who made the same military-to-corporate transition our candidates are making today.

Over the next three decades, he recruited, hired, developed, and led people across large global organizations, including in senior executive and CEO roles.

RGUSA brings those two perspectives together in candidate selection, employer matching, focused preparation, and post-placement support.

What defines Ready Group

Selective judgment.
Focused preparation.
Personal support.

Selective where trust matters. Focused where preparation adds value. Personal from first conversation through placement and beyond.

Selective judgment

We work with a limited number of candidates so that each person is known, assessed personally, and represented thoughtfully.

Focused preparation

Preparation is tailored to the candidate and the opportunity. It may include military-to-corporate translation, interview preparation, business understanding, communication, and first-90-day planning.

Personal support

Our involvement continues after placement through experienced coaching and transition support during the candidate's first months in the role.
