Selection: Start with the right candidates.
Assessment: Our assessments have two objectives:
The first objective is the understand our talents preferences a. what type of role. b. what type of industry c. what geographic preferences: global, national, regional, state or city. This understanding helps us place our candidates with their preferences in mind.
The second objective is to objectively identify our candidates relative strengths and development opportunities. Our scientific assessment tools are leading edge and offer us real insights into where our talent excel and help strengthen our placement process.
Development: We are not simply putting candidates in front of employers. Our development program takes our talent’s preferences and needs and we offer a number of developmental tools to fill gaps and strengthen our candidate’s profile. We bring our corporate expertise and amazing tools to bear on the process.
Our firm works on a Contingency basis. This means there is no charge for our talent to engage in our placement service and our Employers only pay us if they hire our talent. This is a success based model. All of our (talent, firm, employer) objectives are aligned and only payout when we succeed.
