  • How much do I have to pay?

    We are paid by the employers only when you have accepted a job and begin working.

  • Why The Ready Group?

    There are other recruiters out there, and you should explore. However, we offer personal contact, proven success model, and ongoing support. We believe in our model and we believe in you.

  • Why is there a workshop before the job fair?

    We believe in spending time to prepare. Preparation is one the key success factors - both in the military and in the corporate world. We will be efficient with the time, but feel its a key differentiator between us and our competition.

  • How long will it take me to find a job?

    It depends. Employment markets, geography, expectations, opportunities. A lot depends - but we feel we will have a strong candidate pool and a strong employer pool at each event and a strong network to rely on to ensure a good match in a reasonable time.

  • Do I have to come to your Event location?

    We offer both face to face events and virtual events (job fairs). You can select what works for you.

  • What is "ongoing support"?

    We offer a member’s area (Officer’s Club) where you can access tools, resources, schedule coaching sessions and member events. We will remain with you for the long run.
