Our Process

  • Screening

    Not all officers are equal. We are looking for top quality candidates who are ready to move into a corporate role with high potential. We will not accept 100% of applicants.

  • Application & Vetting

    Our candidates will apply for acceptance into our placement program. They will provide supporting documentation and we will conduct a background check - similar to what would be done by our corporate partners.

  • Assessments

    Psychometric assessment have grown in popularity as a way for organizations to measure a candidate’s suitability for a role, in a scientific and unbiased way. In recent years, test providers have been developing assessments that are more engaging for applicants, and provide more insight into the role and organization. All to ensure we find the right fit.

  • Engagement

    We offer workshops, small group, and one on one sessions to ensure our candidates are ready for the next stage in their career. We engage throughout the process to ensure we match our talent with the right firm so that our talent succeed in their new career, not just find a job.

  • Placement

    We offer great candidates and a wide variety of opportunities with a wide selection of employers. We present opportunities via job boards, virtual job fairs, face to face job fairs. We also offer Executive Placement for our Senior Military Officers.
