  • Selection

    Not all officers are equal. We are looking for top quality candidates who are ready to move into a corporate role with high potential. We will not accept 100% of applicants.

  • Vetting

    We will review your application, supporting documentation as well as conducting a background check - similar to what would be done by our corporate partners. We feel that it is better to find/address/document any discrepancies before facing a potential employer.

  • Preparation

    This is where we get to work. We want to help you align your significant experience a new career in the private sector. We offer workshops, small group, and one on one sessions to ensure you are ready for the next stage in your career.

  • Placement

    We offer great candidates and a wide variety of opportunities with a wide selection of employers. We present opportunities via Job Boards, Virtual job fairs, face to face job fairs. We also offer Executive Placement for our Senior Military Officers.

  • Guarantee

    For our corporate partners, we offer a guarantee that if our candidate leaves for any reason within one year, we will offer the replacement candidate at no charge. We work hard and want to ensure we have a great fit for both our candidates and our corporates.

  • Sustainment

    We are not done once you’ve found your job. In fact, we are just beginning. We have tools, resources, and events to keep our Alumni sharp and supported. Our broader network of executives and coaches are also available to you upon request.
